Raj discusses a recent issue a prisoner, Ms. Ashford, had dealt with. The issue of "Transsexuals in Prison" (TIP) was taken from Ms. Ashford. Raj discusses how the newsletter is not a threat to the prisoner and Ms. Ashford should be able to keep it.
